GENERAL

I reserve the right to decline a commission if the subject makes me uncomfortable or if I feel I cannot complete it in a reasonable timeframe.Neither party may disclose any personal information.All commissioned artwork is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.For commercial use (sales, branding, marketing, etc.), an additional fee will apply and a license will be arranged.
Commercial fees usually range from 50% to 100%+ of the base price depending on usage.Credit is required when sharing the artwork whenever possible.If the client requests the artwork to remain private (not posted publicly), a small additional fee may apply depending on the situation.

PAYMENT

I require at least a 50% upfront payment, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery.Full payment upfront is also accepted.Additional characters are priced individually based on complexity, detail, and composition.
More complex designs or interactions may be charged at full price.

REVISIONS

Major changes can only be made during the sketch phase.After that, only minor adjustments are allowed.Major revisions after the sketch phase may require an additional fee.After final delivery, only small corrections are allowed (such as color tweaks or missing agreed details).

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Estimated completion time: 1 week to 2 months, depending on complexity and schedule.I may work on multiple commissions at the same time.If you have a deadline, please inform me before we begin.I will notify you if additional time is needed.

COMMUNICATION

I will provide updates at the following stages:Concept sketch
Refined sketch (last chance for major changes)
Line art
Coloring & shading
Final versionPlease provide feedback during each stage. Late changes may require an additional fee.

REFUNDS

Full refunds are only issued if I cancel the commission.If the client cancels, refunds depend on the progress:Early stage: partial refund possible
Mid or late stage: refund may be reduced or unavailable
